Throughout the process Nancy and Team marketed the strengths of the neighborhood, location of the property and the original parts of the house (hardwood floors, large rooms ECT) while dealing with prospective buyers worried about there own situations. Nancy was always positive without losinfg objectivity, very aware of the need for some level of consensus among the principals but also understanding the need for action with the time came!
