"We are now comfortably settled in our home in California. We like the warmer weather here although I really, really miss our house in Silver Spring. Here in California spring has "busted" out all over with flowers and trees in bloom. In another few weeks you will enjoy the same. Enough talk about the weather. I personally thank you for selling our house even at a time when houses were not selling too well. You had very good open houses and a very friendly approach in all of your dealings with us. Thanks again and we wish you continued success. We will be back in Maryland this summer and hope to see you then. The best of everything to both of you.
