“We used the Schwiesow team to both sell our condominium and buy a house. Paul, Nancy, and Michael were all very personable and great to work with throughout the whole process. We had never dealt with home buying decisions before and the Schwiesow team did a great job of listening to our requirements, providing insight on houses and neighborhoods, and most importantly, walking us through the entire selling and purchasing process. Paul and Nancy were both very good at laying out options and providing us with all the information we needed to make a decision. They also helped us get our condominium ready for market. Additionally, the seller of our new home requested an in-person presentation of our offer and Nancy was more than willing to present our offer and the offer was accepted over competing offers. The Schwiesow team also was able to recommend handymen, home inspectors, banks, and other resources which we used throughout the process.
They have also followed up several times in the two months since we purchased our house to check on us and complete the process. We will definitely use the Schwiesow team for any future home buying or selling and recommend them to anyone we know who is looking for a realtor.”
