"When my partner and I decided we wanted to move in the spring of 2004, we called Nancy Schwiesow after receiving a referral from a friend. Now it’s the fall of 2004 and each day I wake up in our new home I feel so grateful for Nancy and the work she did to help us get this house. The housing market was so stressful but Nancy guided and supported us every step of the way. It was easy to see that Nancy’s 20 plus years of experience have given her excellent insight and a competitive edge that really worked in our favor. What I most like about Nancy is her integrity, honesty, professionalism, straight forward manner and “down to earth” style. Nancy really cares about people and she strongly advocated for us. Nancy returned our calls promptly and always made sure that we understood and felt comfortable with what was happening. Honestly, we had such a good time working with Nancy that I felt kind of sad that the whole thing was ending. I knew that I would miss the time spent driving around looking at homes and talking with her on the phone. Even though buying a home in this market was one of the most stressful things I’ve experienced, Nancy made it interesting and fun. We really learned a lot and if we ever have to do this again, Nancy will get the call."
