"We just sold our house in downtown Silver Spring and we are glad we decided to go with Nancy and Paul as our agents. Both of them have extensive knowledge of the area and the real estate agents who typically represent buyers in our neighborhood-- resources that proved essential at different stages of our sales process. Right before we put our house on the market we were aware that the broader Silver Spring market had cooled somewhat and so we were prepared to keep our house on the market for at least several weeks. But after our house was listed for only a few hours it became clear that we might receive multiple offers within days.
